Though this specimen is not without issue (many are not without issue). Some sort of surface anomaly on the reverse will keep it from a straight grade but, terrific detail and nice color. Please note, while we appreciate that this indeed appears to be the 1846 5 O variety, we concur with others that this, in all likelihood, should not be considered a major variety and leave it to you to decide how much
