Original French Modèle 1822 Flintlock Pistol by St. Etiénne Arsenal Dated 1834 - Unconverted Military Maps and fought at Deep BottomOriginal item. Only One Available. This is a lovely example of the French Modle 1822 Flintlock pistol, released shortly after the end of the Napoleonic wars. In design it is nearly identical to the earlier Modle 1816, except that is is about 3 4 inches shorter. These were both technically variants of the Pistolet modle An XIII, introduced in 1806 and used throughout the wars. This example is in lovely condition, and is still in the original flintlock
