It has brown artificial hair braided in small strands and connected to a cutout amber base with a metal snap closure. Made in Hong Kong in the 1970's. In good condition. The wooden stopper is starting to wear down, so the clip is a little loose. It looks to have been mended in the middle at one point. This is not visible when worn.
