An oval medal in bronze gilt; the obverse depicting a Maltese cross within a wreath of laurel leaves; the reverse inscribed Mil. Ordo Equitum Melitensium, Bene Merenti, also with in a wreath of laurel leaves; on loop for suspension; with its period original tri fold ribbon; measuring 36. 41 mm (w) x 48. 90 mm (h); weighing 22. 1 grams; in overall better than extremely fine condition. This offering is
