This is a very nice example of the early square dip M1934 steel helmet. It is complete with both decals intact and the leather liner which shows age and wear. The aluminum comb top is missing and the chin strap is absent. There is also some cracking in the shell on the top where the comb used to be, so it looks to have been damaged in service after the comb was removed. On the under side of the rear right skirt, the
