Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Latin Cross, the obverse with a central monogram of Grand Duke Leopold inside of a pebbled border, with stylized loops in the quadrants, the reverse with an etched recipients name of AUGUSTE KERN, unmarked, measuring 52. 83 mm (w) x 86. 82 mm (h), weighing 34. 8 grams, in near
