The cap constructed of a Ponceaurot (poppy red) crown, and a goldgelb (Golden yellow) velvet cap band. The Cavalry regiments, such as Hussars, had a very proud and storied history, so each had different colors for their visor caps. We unfortunately have not been able to identify which precise Hussar
