There are layers of tiered eyelet ruffles with scalloped edges and six rows of eyelets along the edge of each ruffle. This strapless dress is fully lined, with "boning" for structure in the bodice, and a connected underskirt that hooks at the waist that adds extra fullness to the skirt.
